[ms office - 2010] MS Outlook issue driving user mad! Please help!

When ever a user tries to print an email, a script error appears. Sorry, I can't tell you what the error code is as the error never happens for me on her machine even though I have seen it for myself in the past. I know it sounds a bit radical but the only solution I can think of now is to wipe the pc fresh. It is an internet explorer script error which I don't understand as its when printing in Outlook.

 

Please somebody shed some light for me :-)

I'd assume it's an HTML style email, thus IE jumps in

 

The fix kinda depends on what part is broken. aka line number/error
