laserblazer Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I thought my connection seemed particularly smooth tonight so I just ran a speed test and I'm getting 8Mb. That's twice what I got last time I checked.

cpjitservices Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 testmy.net is a good one - tests throughput too. I'm currently getting 12 MBPs with my provider which is Karoo.

cpjitservices Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 lol Hull only has one ISP (at the moment) so even of my speeds where terrible I'd be stuck anyway - It's ADSL2+ which is great better than the old ADSL packages - Dongles work here but they are naff at the best of times
