Sanyo xacti cg100 Mac problem

Hi All, I am having a problem getting xacti cg100 cameras to work on our Mac's. We run Snow Leopard and when we connect the Xacti's it recognizes them but that is it. We want to use them with a program called 'I Can Animate' but when I change from the built in camera to the Xacti the image freezes and as it is generally looking at me it doesn't make for a pretty picture! They work fine on Windows PC's with the program.

 

Anyone using these cameras with Mac's? Any ideas? Sanyo suupprt site seems useless.
