karldenton Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 Hi I have a client's Windows 7 Asus netbook. When I try to connect to BT home Hub it connects but says Unidentified Network / No internet access. I have disabled the bonjour service. I don't have the #ID.... service Disabled and enabled adapter Tried static IP Connect with another Win 7 netbook straight away. Any other possible fixes. Thanks
Achandler Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 I thought it was a DNS lookup that Windows used to test Internet access, when you set the IP did you make your router, or even a OpenDNS IP, the IP adddress of the DNS server?
