Redirected Folder Permissions Issue

Hello,

Having strange problems on redirected folders. Creator Owner is set to full permissions on subfolders and files. When the users folder / document folder is created the user then gets permission on that folder but the problem is it is for "this folder" only. So when we copy some work into that folder for the user they do not get rights to view it

 

Any ideas?

What are the permission on the level above that folder set to, IE what does H:\Studentdata$\ have set on it? That should have creator owner set on it to full control of subfolders and files that should then work.
