localzuk Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Just had reports from a teacher who had an XJ-A135 put in last half term that when dark images are shown a bunch of small white dots are appearing on the screen. Rather than being pixels, they look less well defined. I've been in touch with Casio and they're going to sort out repair for us. Impressed with their support so far. No quibbles.

No quibbles. could this be the reason they are moving to a model with better fans? i.e they are getting a few over heating and damaging the projector themselves as they did kick out alot of heat?
elsiegee40 Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Had no trouble with Casio about our XJ-A130 that had white pixels and distinctly purple output. Got it back in uder a week.
