ESP is a growing specialist recruitment agency and employment business with additional training and consultancy service offerings. We have a significant track record within the niche Education marketplace and the role of recruitment consultant is to help drive the business forward within one or possibly more of our existing specialisms We are currently looking for an experienced Sales person, ideally with knowledge of the Education, Finance (CSBM, DSBM, CIPFA, AAT), ICT (A+, MCP, MCSE, IT) or Business Management (MBA) sectors. This may mean someone from within recruitment within one of these disciplines (ideally with qualifications like CertRP, DipRP, MIRP or member of Rec) or someone with extensive sales experience within the Education sector but not necessarily recruitment. You will have excellent communication, presentation and sales skills, coupled with a self starting entrepreneurial attitude whilst being able to work well within a small and extremely focussed team who places customer service and hard work at its core. You will be very client focussed, manage own time and targets, attend numerous client and candidate meetings and industry events, take part in research, marketing and take ownership of your area of the business. In return you will receive extensive support, a basic salary of between £20-24K (neg) and a prospective OTE (uncapped) of between £50-60K by year 2 (more details available on application). Plus paid to attend BETT . Surely there's the possibility of remote working. You could even just do part consultancy or training; run a CV workshop perhaps 1
