Thankyou tacktick, that has done the trick for us. Had to add a couple of entries but on reboot of the clients, Flash successfully installed to the latest version using GPO Application Assignments.

 

Saved me a lot of headaches.

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but the ActiveX version of Flash Player v10.3 now only supports Internet Explorer v8.0 or above.
