Which SSD - OWC 6G or OCZ Vertex 3 ?

Literally going to order one or the other today or tommorow ( cash in the bank ), taking into consideration

 

1. I don't have enough money yet to buy an expansion card to give me the 6gbps throughput just yet ie ATTO SAS R644 or the likes as will wait until they bring more out hopefully at cheaper prices

 

2.I have a 2008 Mac Pro ( Tower ) which only supports 3Gbps SATA 2

 

3. I want to try and future proof myself ref getting the 6gbps SSD as I will get an expansion card at some point, just not yet

 

OCZ Vertex 3 or the OWC 6G ?

 

I was contemplating about getting 2 OWC RE SSD's and using software RAID but am not sure what software RAID on OS X Snow Leopard or later will be like ?
