ILO / DRAC / Acer Smart Console : Enable AD Auth

Im having to go round all our servers remote access consoles and change the local login password after one of our admins has left.

 

I think it would be a better idea to just have an AD group that has the access, but I cant seem to figure out how to set it up on the various consoles. We have a mixture of HP / Dell and Acer servers, but if anyone can provide a comprehensive howto for AD auth for a specific group for either of the 3 manufacturers. Would be great

Away from the PC for a few days, but will give you more details on my return. Can help with HP servers only. Basically, you have to create a separate OU in AD, then use the HP Util to setup AD objects for the iLO. Finally you enable the iLO for AD integration and specify the level of access allowed.
