LanSchool - Limit Printing (Or not...)

Hey,

 

Anyone had any problems with LanSchools - Limit Printing doing... well nothing? Icons change to show its blocked, but everyone can print fine.

 

Only two things I can think of, is:

 

1) Printers being on a different vlan affecting it (although my understanding was it was based on a clients print spool, so shouldntn affect it, and its setup for vlans)

 

2) Does the program need permissions to disable the print spool service, and if it's missing it it wouldnt work?

 

Anyone had this problem, or can think of a reason? (Lanschool 7.5 + Win7)

Just update, tried #2 on 2 admin accounts, both can stop the service, and still doesn't work.

 

So back to square one.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

i know some of the are script monkeys but you might get lucky

Never had that issue, we'll look into it
