karldenton Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Hi, I have an A3 printer that is shared on a PC in school. When people are trying to print to it, it doesn't work. If you log on as an admin onto the shared pc and print from one of the others it comes up with the attached message. I have tried changing the directory but it doesn't work. There is 20GB ish free though on C:/ so space shouldn't be an issue Thanks
Steve21 Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 (edited) Try bypassing the spooler in the sharing properties, just to see if thats the issue. *Edit - Also does it print fine as an admin? just not user? If so, might be issues with them not having access to the spool file (XP specifically) Steve Edited March 21, 2011 by Steve21
Michael Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 What printer is it? It looks like a driver issue to me. Do other printers work correctly?
