it has come up saying Fault Code: 1983-9821-1300 and the descrpition is failed to compare two elemets in the array.:System.Invaild.OperationException

It's not a listed fault code, so you should also log the case with Capita if you haven't already so that it can be added to their database of fault codes / resolutions.
