[sims] Exams organiser - current seating capacity issue

Hi

 

Our exams officer is wanting to change the current seating capacity in a room through exams organiser. We have looked at the following:

 

SIMS .net > Focus > School > Room > {Type in room and select room} > room states 200 but in exams organiser it will only allow 100.

 

Can anyone help?

Have you tried Exams > Tools > School Setup > Exam Room > (Room) > Layout tab

 

Try adjusting the columns and rows from there.

He has already tried this but when he goes to save the new figures, he gets an error "Could not delete the Seat as it is already booknig in Component Sitting". He has made sure that is nothing already set for this season, but i he is thinking it might be because it is already set in another season ie, january 2011.
