Established and Growing ICT services company supporting education clients, requires a network support engineer to support a variety of clients and network types on a rotational basis. You will need to have experience of supporting Education Networks and Users, predominately primary and junior schools and excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need to know 2003 server, AD, dns, DC, dhcp, wireless, routers and switches and ideally have some knowledge of sims, fms, whiteboards and smartboards. Candidates with mcp’s, mcse, fits, itil, naace etc will also be preferred. Car drivers a must and you will need to be able to clear an enhanced criminal records check to apply
