UCH ICT Support Technician

Based at Hastings

from £23,661 to £26,629 per annum

Based at the University Centre Hastings, you will support open access facilities, computer teaching rooms and library based systems including the network, local application servers and workstations on the UCH campus. You will also operate the technical advice service at scheduled times, assist with inductions, training and supervision of the Computer Helpers as well as provide a technical support service to site staff. You will have at least a Higher National Diploma in Computing or a closely related subject and/or proven experience of working in a similar role, knowledge of the latest Windows and Apple operating systems and a basic understanding of networks.
