Slipstreaming Windows 7 and SP1

If anyone is wanting to Slip Stream Windows 7 SP1 into a Bootable version of Windows 7 then here you go.

Lots of places say you need WAIK but i managed to get it to work without it.

Isn't there a version of the ISO available from Microsoft with SP1 in, im sure I spotted it on the VLS yesterday when I was looking for something else entirely. Or maybe it is just a link to the ISO for windows 7 and a seperate link next to it for SP1
