trying to create a WiFi bridge between a US Robotics and Sagem routers

I would like to set up a wireless bridge with the USR MaxG router being the 'client'. I need to do this so I may connect my Sony Bravia TV to the USR via Ethernet cable.

 

I have looked at the available documentation but can't find a step by step guide specific to my requirement.

 

It is not clear what protocol I need? Should the IP network LAN address be the same as my primary router? - are some of the basic questioned not covered by the documentation. I have sent this query to USR support who were quite unhelpful.

 

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
