karan_jhr Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 I am having a problem opening Hotmail the page loads and DONE appears in the taskbar with an error icon the error shows login.srf Any suggestions pleasE?
Michael Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Try deleting your IE cache - Tools > Internet Options > Delete Reset IE8 to defaults - Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset Try flushing your DNS cache - Open up a command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns If that still fails, you could try installing Firefox and see if you have the same problem. If by chance you do, contact your ISP. 1
