ICT4Life - aarrrrggghhhhh

We've got a big problem with ICT4Life level 3 [sarcastic][/sarcastic]

 

Although all the students that have been set up (through that wonderful interface:rolleyes:) can log in, the teacher gets a message along the lines of "invalid username and password". Admin can log in, but gets the message along the lines of "please try submitting data later someone else is assessing that task at the moment".

 

"Everyone" has full control of the whole folder (for troubleshooting) and I've tried deleting *.xml.lock in all subdirectories. I've also logged it on the Cambridge support forum (no response there yet).

 

Anyone seen this before, please

It wasn't my intention to make light of your problems. Maybe if you brought this thread to the attention of SLT, or whoever is responsible for asking you to implement this project, they may change their mind? There have been several instances in my own school where I've managed to buttress an argument one way or another by spending a little time searching the Edugeek forums.
