Italc - lock not unlocking!

I've just tried on Italc on a class of 15 netbooks (and as I'm writing this I'm starting to think XP SP2/3 connection limits )

 

Anyway 1st prob was that only 12 out of the 15 seemed to connect - will try re-isntalling next week.

 

But the real problem was that I tried out the lock all desktops to gain attention - worked great in the 12 but then one of them didn't unlock afterwards and the only way out seemed to be power off

 

If there a magic key press to unlock a clientwhen this happens?
