Wireless AP connection help

We currently have 32 cisco aironet 1140 AP's around our school and a 5508 Controller, the system was installed before I started working here but there are issues, the APs are supposdly able to support 15 laptops each but its rare we can get a full class set of 15 on at once, even then we have more then 1 AP within range and balancing was configured during the setup.

 

I decided to take a look at the controller to see if I could figure what was causing this, its rare but sometimes all 15 will connect, other times only 12 etc...

 

Well to be honest i've no idea what half this stuff on the wireless controller is, could anyone help me with some support/ advice on this problem?
