After SChool Clubs

Just a quick question to you all......... what do you use to record childrens data that are at your kids clubs/after school clubs i.e extended schools provision

Still on paper slips here for our afterschool "homework club" (fancy name for keeping the kids behind who haven't done their work).

We have recently installed the new Extra-Curricular software supplied by CHQ, a new Capita Partner. This software is linked to SIMS and can be used for all activities outside school curriculum time. We are one of the official trial state schools for this new functionality and are still in the early days of this project, around 20 staff having received initial training last week. We hope to start to use this software in the Summer Term with a view to it being fully functional in September.

I will try and do that guys. But it is early days yet. It may be a while before I can give a really objective evaluation.

At the moment all I can say is that all the staff who have seen it can't wait to try and use it!
