Connecting to printer on server asks for drivers to be installed

I had a printer HP3600n that would sometimes fail so I removed all the drivers and re-setup. The problem is that now when I connect to the printer on the server from a client it makes the connection but is not installing the driver.

 

I have checked the server and 'install additional drivers' is checked for the correct client systems.

 

Any advice.

I did fix this by completely re-installing the drivers.
