ICT Development Plan

Hi I have been asked to produce a ict development plan. Has anybody done this I would like to see examples if possible?

I think what you're after is similar to a Development plan i think. Basically youll want a paragraph giving an overview of where you are with ICT for admin and curriculum and what you plan to implement over the next few years. e.g Video Conferencing/wireless laptops/digital cameras for each class.

 

Then have a tableeach row should be something you want to do (e.g. set up a video conferencing system" and in each column (academic year) what you are going to do or buy. Include columns also for cost and who is responsible/involved/monitoring this aim. We also include success criteria. e.g. "classes are able to book out and use the video conferencing equipment for their lessons".

It should also tie in with the whole school development plan and reference targets within that.
