iTALC and Windows 7

Just grabbed the newest Windows 7 release late last week (italc2-beta2-win64-setup)

 

Has anyone been able to get this to work with Windows 7? I am just trying to connect two laptops (1 master, 1 client).

 

I can set up XP versions and connect just fine. But for the life of me cannot get Windows 7 to connect to each other.

 

Surprisingly there is not very much information available out there on this from the last few weeks, and even the stuff that is out there has not worked for me.

 

 

Also if possible, what settings are you using in the iTALC Management Console? I am not sure why they have went to this instead of the simplistic approach of 1.0.12.

This reply may be completely useless to you but all i'm going to say it anyway: save yourself the bother and spend some cash on impero, unlike most programs it's actually worth spending the money on (it's insanely good at what it does, as is the support!)
