ramsay Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 (edited) Hi, For some users, our web-based Cisco remote access system is slow to load the login page. We wondered if people could try this for us and report back with their experience (obviously no login details will be provided!). For some people the login page comes up immediately, for others it can take 20 to 30 seconds "waiting"/doing nothing/loading and then loads OK. After that time it behaves normally (a quick refresh) but a "close and open browser" brings you back to square one. The URL is https://rav3.bucksgfl.org.uk Our ISP (who also provide this service) claim that this issue does not lie with them and are unwilling to investigate further. I need some evidence to go back to them with. I have found two locations (that I can easily access) where this takes more than 20 seconds to load and a few of our staff are also having this issue. Willott, Does it take 8 seconds each time you close and re-open your browser? Or was this just the first time that you visited the site. Thanks
