[android tablet] Which android tablet

There are so many tablets out there now with android on.

We are looking to get one for wireless registration for PE.

 

Looking to spend under £200 and have wireless N networking.

 

Probably want 10" ideally.

 

What have people used and liked and would meet my needs.

Although not used yet ... have decided on archos 101 although prob not great for outdoor use as glossy screen ... otherwise fits the bill and under 200 if you shop around.
