Anyone come across this?

In outlook 2007 although customer has all default settings set up to veranda 10 (her preferred setting) when she creates a new or forwards an email her signature appears huge on the screen – although when she sends the mail it appears normal (as per settings) at the other end. Deleting and recreating signature or using no signature still causes same problem.:Any help greatly received :confused

Is it just the signature or is it the whole text? The reason I ask is that if it's the whole text, has she set some kind of zoom view up on default?

 

If it's just the signature, it could be some dodgy code within the Outlook signature file. I know Microsoft HTML is riddled with crap at the best of times, so it might be worth trying to set up a new profile in Outlook and if that works ok, import the e-mails etc over to that profile.
