[ms office - 2010] Outlook 2010 defaults

New year new headaches, Can any one help me - my management has asked that we set everyone up so that they have the same default templates with new emails. we need to set the font and size as well as stopping people change the backgrounds. i have tried google etc without much luck so thought id ask on here if anybody is doing it and how.

Restrict usage of stationery in microsoft outlook might help.

 

You can make the default a particular file but if people want to change it then I don't think you can stop this (but at least it's a conscious decision to change)
