[ms office - 2010] Excel 2010 Sorting data

Hi, Happy new year to you all

 

I have a quick excel question, i have a sheet that has name,reg group, attendance1,attendance2 colums.

 

problem i have is that when i sort it one of the attendance colums doesnt sort right it doesnt order the colum highest to lowest, i need it to order attendance 1 and 2 highest to lowest while keeping the names and reg group matched to the attendnace data

If the two attendance columns are numeric then surely only the first one sorted will be in descending order? If Excel tried to sort the second column also then the first one would then be out of order.
