tech_guy Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 I need somewhere to upload .pdf files so that the world and his dog can access them when I post the links on Twitter. Any suggestions? Has to be free. Many thanks.

pete Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 Yeah - second Dropbox. My web host has been woefully neglected since I started using it. 1
tech_guy Posted December 13, 2010 Author Posted December 13, 2010 I have Dropbox and use the public feature already but I'm after something a bit more anonymous
LosOjos Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 Anonymous as in no login/email? i.e. you upload it and it's there for all and sundry? 1
Domino Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 megaupload? MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service 1

elsiegee40 Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 (edited) Google docs and then use TinyURL.com - shorten that long URL into a tiny URL so your URL doesn't exceed the twiiter character limit Edited December 13, 2010 by elsiegee40
vikpaw Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Windows live does it, so basically if you have a hotmail account you can dump files up there and give public access or password it, or keep it only for your friends / contacts. Also this links to live@edu so if you use that service then it can be an official schooly thing if you want.
rad Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 rapid share is another uploading site, no account to register with either.
