[ms office - 2010] Office 2010 Save As

A teacher has pointed out to me that when they open a document from there homedrive and make some changes and click SAVE it comes up with the SAVE AS box, Now on my pc when you click SAVE it just saves it to the same location.

 

Any ideas why its doing this?

Write/edit permissions on their homedrive?

They have Full Control on the drive there saving on.

Including the server share? not just the folder permissions itself

Its not read only and staff have Full Control on the drive

File type?? Is the original pre-2010 or some other format and it's making them save as...
