Rm Tutor Issues

Hi we have an issue with RM tutor 2, it comes up either INITIAL-T, or comes up that it cannot load at all.

Any Ideas? We have tried the logical things like uninstall and reinstall, and yes "turning it off and on again." But with no joy.

RM Tutor 2? What RM network are you running? we are currently on RM tutor 4 with CC4

Have you logged a call with RM? Is that any computer you use with a staff login?
