We're a little behind the times unfortunatley we got CC3. Don't laugh!

Hi we have an issue with RM tutor 2, it comes up either INITIAL-T, or comes up that it cannot load at all. Any Ideas? We have tried the logical things like uninstall and reinstall, and yes "turning it off and on again." But with no joy. HELP!

Hey, we got loads of notebooks from RM with the rmr boot partition, but some of our staff have forgot that the partition is there and used a build stick, so in other words, bye bye "RMR"!!!!!! Any ideas on how to get it back???????????
