Well i've heard of people not doing their research but this must have lead to someone getting their P45, epic fail on the naming of this Transformer Toy:

Oh wow! That really is EPIC! I mean, you'd think they'd type the name in to Google as a matter of course to avoid being sued on the off chance a company is already using a name they come up with anyway, they'd have spotted this straight away if they had... I wonder how many people the name had to get through before finally being released as a product though, with not one of them realising...
