This has effected us all day - on going home, still no access. Anyone else having problems ? [ If you can read this ? ]

Yep, it affected us (postcode area SW1X) - Internet access conked out around 8:30am, but was mostly working again by midday. Oddly, we always seemed to be able to get to Google, via which we could get Twitter updates about what was going on, and Edugeek - has Edugeek been added to the secret in-case-of-zombie-apocalypse-these-sites-must-be-kept-running list along with Google?

Just checked and it's still down our end - not good and I'm not impressed.

Still down today - will be 3 days tomorrow. Getting a bit of a joke now.

We are being sent a replacement router in the morning, but I can't see that making any difference. The ADSL light is ON, so we have a connection - just a shame it's not routing any traffic back !!

Funny thing is we are up-grading to their SureStream next month - this outage does not really fill me with confidence - even with a SLA in place.

3 days now the school has been without an internet link. Wish me luck as I face more frustrated teachers and staff. Thanks Easynet !!

We had our internet back up around noon on 17th, I've read the major incident report (can forward if you want to read it). I reckon it was a bodge up from work they were doing upgrading parts of Slough to 100mb the night before, this happened last time they scheduled work the night before - when they had reset firewall perms so we had no mail incoming... we had some very upset SLT. Glad I decided against taking up their EtherStream product now - SMT here get tetchy when our connection is down for more than about 10 minutes!

10 minutes!? You're lucky. People heads start to explode after 30 seconds of no Internet here. If they can't get on to book their holidays or update their FaceBork profiles they run out in to the street to immolate themselves.

Backup - just finished getting rid of the E-mail that was sitting in the out queue. New box arrived around 10am, installed and now working. About bloody time !!
