sparkeh Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Should be fine, but just deactivate (not delete) the old scope server until you are happy that the new server is working ok, then you have a quick escape plan if anything goes wrong.
Soulfish Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Best thing to do is to use the new 2008 R2 migration tools. They allow you to easily migrate server roles from a server running 2003/2008 to a 2008 R2 box. Have a look at DHCP Server Migration Guide for the DHCP guide
