LiamH Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 I always get annoyed by the way they teach the pupils "how to work xxxxx" rather then "how/why xxxxx works" The number of times I have had to show someone how to do something in upgraded software because the button has moved 1cm on screen to the left is unbelievable. IE "how do I insert a picture..." "well start by clicking on insert..." xkcd: Tech Support Cheat Sheet pretty much sums it up.
