Exchange 2010 OWA

Hi,

 

We are running Windows 7 32Bit Enterprise and Exchange 2010 in which users are connecting to OWA. Majority of staff have no problems but one thing that keeps appearing for staff is the interactive functionality. Staff report that the Inbox opens but they cannot click anything on the page at all, but if you press F5 for the refresh the functionaility returns.

 

Not sure where to go with this and what to search for on Google, any help much appreciated

I assume you are using internet explorer? Is exchange and your client fully upto date with patches etc

Yes Internet Explorer and fully up to date with all relevant updates!

No, SP1 going on tomorrow morning so will see what happens

@deano did this fix it for you? we're having the same issue intermitently and remotely (users use Outlook 2010 in school - except students who use OWA)
