SIMS FMS Module - Report Not Found

Morning gents,

 

Any ideas on the error messge in the post title? Not to au fait with FMS so if anyone else has come across this before would appreciate the help!!!

Could be that there is an issue with Crystal reports on the machine? What OS you running?

 

Could be a reinstall of FMS (witn the infastructuresetup!) could be in order....

Reluctant to reinstall as we had a load of trouble installing it in the first place...

Have you tried running (again):

 

S:\sims\setups\SIMSInfrastructureSetup.EXE

S:\sims\setups\fms\FMSApplicationSetup.exe

 

And if that fails, what version are those files.

Re-installing SIMS by re-running FMSApplicationSetup.exe would be my starting point as well. The reports I think are usually found in the directory the FMS application files are installed to, and are .rpt files used by Crystal Reports.

 

FMS uses a really old version of Crystal, so it might be worth checking nothing else has installed a newer version of Crystal that FMS can't cope with.
