Which VLE has - SSO, Homedrive areas, AD connection, Email connection

Does anyone have a definitive list of VLE's and their abilities?

 

I am researching a new VLE at the moment, specifically the technical side of things and wondered whether there is an upto date comparison table?

 

If not can any people using VLE's list their VLE abilities.

 

Specifically:

 

1) Does it connect to the Active Directory?

2) Does it do single sign on?

3) Does it share homedrives for remote access?

4) Does it do Single sign on email integration?

Our deployment of Studywiz can do all this (we don't use SSO, but I believe it can do it...)

Our Moodle install does all this too, but again we don't have SSO - just the email SSO.

I am looking for SSO onto all parts of the VLE/Email/Homeshare so it speeds up using the system when at school - as I feel the easier it is to access and use - the more likely it will be used

Another question I feel you should be asking:

 

5) does it integrate with SIMS or its equivalent MIS system?

 

When Moodle version 2 has been ratified it will be the VLE which will answer yes to all these questions and of course it is free!!!

 

Frog states it does but I have spoken to quite a few schools who have paid an absolute fortune for it to fail on the MIS question.

4) Does it do Single sign on email integration? yes

5) does it integrate with SIMS or its equivalent MIS system? Yes with 3rd party products
