teejay Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I don't know if this is a new thing, but on the Windows Live live.com website you have a thing called Messenger Social, which allows you to have a stream from Facebook, MySpace etc and to post onto these sites even if you have these sites in your blocklist.

teejay Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Not that we've found, no response from Microsoft on this either. At the moment we've had to block the whole of mail.live.com for students, which has caused some 'issues'.

teejay Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Yep, it was was launched on the last update I believe. Thing is, it's easy to block the IM app, can't find a way to block just the Messenger Social part of the website though as it's integrated onto the homepage.
