I saw this on Reddit earlier in the week, it's disgusting that the FBI can put a tracking device on your car without a warrant and then ask for it back when you find it.

I'd have stuck it on a Greyhound bus headed for Washington DC. If asked "I was sending it to my Congressman for his comments..."
