Hello,

 

I recently had italc installed on 26 plus 1. I closed out "x'd out" two or three of the computers, and now I cannot locate them on my italc overview screen. I know these computers were connected by my IT guy, and I know they did exist on my overview. How do I find/display them?

Hi,

 

On the left-hand side of the iTalc window you should see 'Classroom-Manager' [second icon down in the column in this view. The row above it (with larger icons begins with Classroom where you can select a classroom at a time to view without using the Classroom-Manager list) begins with Classroom, then goes to Overview,...]

Once expanded you should see all of your classrooms and computers within them:
