Our Moodle \ Live@Edu logins are going at a snail's pace over our IPCop box at the moment and it seems to be something to do with the filtering (our admin network also goes through IPCop but no proxy \ filtering and it's lightning quick there)

 

I suspect it's Squid causing the problem, I've put the domains on the content filtering whitelist but makes no difference. Even logging into SkyDrive etc feels very sluggish, must be something in the LiveID login that the proxy \ filter doesn't like.
