Weird IE8 Favourites Bar issue

Got a strange issue with IE8 and it's favourites bar.

 

Win XP Pro workstations Server 2008 environment.

 

One of the teachers is picking up my IE8 favourites bar settings on her workstation. She has just a normal Teacher user set up and mine's Admin.

 

I have killed Suggested sites in Group Policy and reset IE8 on her PC but still the problem persists - any ideas on where to look now please guys and gals?
