Dive Club Logo

Can I be really cheeky and jump on the bandwagon? We have been looking to get our dive club logo redone for a while now but have had no-one capable of doing it. All we have is a scan taken from a banner and as you can see, it lacks a certain crispness and a definite amount of whiteness. It's supposed to be a green and yellow (gold) octopus with a blue and yellow ship's wheel and the club name etc around the wheel in yellow (gold), If someone would like to exercise their skills on that we would be eternally grateful ... might even get you a free try-dive if you're in the area.
