Exchange recieving Problems

Not sure how to test this as it does not seem constant

 

basically a specific domain e.g. council.gov.uk have been having problems emailing us .

 

sometimes they come through straight away and sometimes they wait for the resend date to which they must have set at 7 days !

 

we are on a Wireless Connection here in the school so that could possibly be the issue

 

don't seem to be having any problems with any other domains , checking GFI mail essentials emails seem to be coming through all the time and i have tested emails from other external accounts and they come through straight away

 

After 7 days if it can still not resend the original sender at the council gets the following

Any one had similar problems
