dyoung5 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Hello, We have a problem where some teachers seem to be putting the wrong marks in lesson monitor. Does anyone know if there is a way to find out who has made a change and when? Thanks, David
rpwillis Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Have a look under Reports | Lesson Monitor | Module Reports | History of Changes 1
Sivadam Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 That will not work unless there has been an actual change. There is no log of who recorded the first mark!
dyoung5 Posted September 17, 2010 Author Posted September 17, 2010 Have a look under Reports | Lesson Monitor | Module Reports | History of Changes Thanks Richard, thats really useful, its just a shame that it doesn't show the first mark like Sivadam says.

Thanks Richard, thats really useful, its just a shame that it doesn't show the first mark like Sivadam says. It should for legal registration purposes. If you go to display marks from the lesson monitor menu and then hover over the mark it pops up some info. Not sure if it's accurate, as in, it's the name of the teacher that marked the register or merely the teacher who is assigned to the class. I believe it's the latter, which will only help you if you know the teacher is taking their own register. Unfortunately i've never worked out how to see who actually recorded the mark. There is supposed to be a way apparently. EDIT: This might be a good time to bump another thread on the topic : http://www.edugeek.net/forums/mis-systems/58312-sims-registration-mark-auditing.html Edited September 18, 2010 by vikpaw Edit
